Email Notification linked to Users in Change notices Tasks

Hi All, 

Is there a way to use the email notification robot in the change notice workflow to send an email to all assignees and reviewers that have been added to all tasks in the implementation plan ?

 

Currently, we have a notification robot that sends the email to specific roles when the change notice is submitted, but if it could just be sent to the people and roles that are a part of the Change notice, that would be ideal. 

 

Windchill version - 12.1.2.1

Hi @BN_10058870 

If you set workflow roles that are just used in the workflow as a recipients, then it should send the emails to the users that are part of the workflow, shouldn't it?
