Errors Installing PDMLink 12.0

Working on an upgrade of PDMLink 11.1 M020 to 12.0.2.3 and an error occurs when updating the users to the database.  Followed the guide where you install the 11.2 Windchill Directory Server, build a skeleton structure, and merge with our 11.1 ldap. PTC is currently working the problem, but it seems we are having trouble with the disconnected users. I have heard the reasoning for moving away from the packaged WDS, but we have never experienced these errors with any of the previous upgrades. Just wondering if anyone else has had problems upgrading to 12. Thanks in advanced for any responses!

Hello ,

 

Looks like you missed the upgrade step where we need to run WinDU and WinRU.  Windu will capture the disconnected participants. We need to remove those before running upgrade.

    We did run all of the upgrade tasks in WinDU, and had cleaned up the users reported.
