I have a setup with a remote webserver accessing a load-balanced application server. The app servers are headless ie no webserver is running on them ie only have Method server and Server Manager.
Windchill is accessible via the loadbalancer URL.
However when I update the configuration to access Windchill via the remote HTTP server the system returns:
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
The following is recorded in the access logs on the remote webserver.
XXXXXXXXX - - [24/Jan/2024:20:04:52 -0500] "GET /Windchill/servlet/WindchillGW HTTP/1.1" 503 299 1811926
Any pointers would be much appreciated. Thank you.
Sumit.

I found this in the help guides which I believe talks about your setup:
Sounds like some misconfiguration. You might find it easier to let the PSI install a webserver to see the configuration but not use it. I think it would provide an example of how its configured.
