How can track the user, who has download the more data from Windchill Common space

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.0

* In Windchill PDMLink how can track the user, who has download the more data from Windchill Common Space to his local Workspace.
* And also how can I track who has downloaded more data from local workspace to local disk.

The first thing to do is to track the information about the downloaded event.
