Although I posted this not too long ago, I made the changes recommended and it still doesn't seem to work?
Any other suggestions?

On PTC's Support page, Select Reference Douments on the right side of the screen.
Select WindChill PDMLink, 10.0, All Documents, Administrator
Look for the Windchill Visualization Services Guide. The PDF will say the following on the title page:
Windchill Visualization Services Guide, Windchill 10.0 June 2011
