Hi,

when Mathcad prime 9.0 file is checked-in in Windchill 12.0.2 it defaults to Basic LC.

What steps needs to be taken in order it pick's up the custom LC.

Any reference would be of gr8 hlp.

Hi @DKWc,

This can be achieved by assigning an OIR to the Mathcad object.
If only one object is involved, the Reassign Lifecycle Template action may be used to assign a custom lifecycle.

Thanks for reply.

When checkin Mathcad from the interface, it defaults to Dynamic Document. We already have Arbotext intergration.

Thought a approach for creating a CADdocument template, however in case we cannot choose the .mctx (mathcad template) file.

how can we default to a sub-type. Frist place where Mathcad should be dynamic/cad?

Hi @DKWc,

Could you please check whether any OIR is configured for the dynamic document?

The lifecycle configuration can be controlled through OIR by using a boolean or case branch based on the authoring application.

Please refer to the article below for more details.
