How to change the Owning Organization of a part subtype back to SITE in Type & Attribute Management?

Earlier the Owning Organization of a part subtype back was SITE

We did make some changes in the configuration and that has led to the change in the owning organization to Org (SA_LR_WB) from Site. As the updates were made by opening the Type and Attribute Management from ORG level instead of Site.

Is there any way to change the Owning Organization of a part subtype back to SITE?
