How to operate worker when sending data from project link to PDM

I am using Windchill ProjectLink Release 11.0 and Datecode with CPS M030-CPS16


Is there a way to make the worker work when sending a project link to PDM?
If not, is there a way to import the data from the content tab created from the existing project link into the PDM?
