How to set two versioing schemas (1.1 & A.1) for same type of objects ?

Hi All,

How to set Integer and Alphabetical versioning schemas for same type of object for different life-cycle states.

For ex.  Object in Prototype State - 1.1 to  ... and when same object's lifecycle state is Released, version will A.1 ...

In short - Prototype - 1.1

               Released -A.1.
