I am unable to upload the CAD model to the windchill through Creo Parametric

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.0 and Datecode with CPS M030

I am unable to upload the CAD model to the windchill through Creo Parametric, getting error while the time of Checkin into the Creo.
and the Creo workspace getting logout automatically.

Here are the errors that I faced
"Operation failed not connected to the server."
"An exception has occurred in processing server response."
"Check failed object details in Event Management."
"This exception may corrupt the active workspace and may need windchill administrator assistance for resolution."

"Operation failed not connected to the server."

Check your server connection from Creo.

File - Manage Session - Server Management

A blue diamond indicates your connected server and workspace.

Click on the Server tab and be sure the Work Offline at the bottom is NOT checked.
