IGEs & STEP worker give error, Child lost connection to parent.

Hi All,

I've configured IGES & STEP worker on WC 11.1 M020.

The worker turn's on successful.

Have also configured additional visualization.

When try to publish get a message in worker log as " Child lost connection to parent"

Worker and Windchill machine are different. 

What could be the possible point missed to configure.

What type of worker is this (Creo, SW, NX, Catia, etc.)? 

Are there multiple instances of workers on the same machine?

This is for Creo.

There is single instance of IGES, STEP and PREO.

Is the worker on the same network as the parent? 

 

In the worker agent, do the worker and worker monitor come up?

Are there any errors in the worker.log and monitor.log files? It will give error codes there that will be a bit more helpful to troubleshoot. 

 

If could also be a some pop ups in Creo as it comes up in worker mode... have you tried launching Creo on the worker to see if there are any pop ups that require input?
