Is SQL Server included in PSI?

We are re-reading the Windchill Installation Guide.
Is SQL Server included in PSI?
Or should I install it separately?

Yes, either Oracle or SQL Server needs to be installed and configured prior to installing Windchill.

You probably should read through the installation guide and other related documents.
