Is there a way to prevent CADs that have regeneration errors from being imported into Windchill?

Version: Windchill 12.0

Use Case: Register the CAD that has regeneration errors in Windchill.

Description:

Hello.

Engineers are experiencing several issues when checking in CAD files with regeneration errors into Windchill.

We are facing issues with Creo View in Windchill where it is throwing errors or the Iteration of WT PART is not increasing, etc.

Is there a way to prevent CAD files with these regeneration errors from being checked into Windchill?

Thank you

ModelCheck takes a bit to understand and setup.

It is included with all licenses.

ModelCheck can prevent check-ins if the error is flagged as an error, depending on how you setup ModelCheck.

Thank you for reply @BenLoosli

Is the ModelCheck feature a basic feature of CREO?

Is it something that can be automatically blocked even when using automatic check-in?

We don't have CREO Specialist, so I can't find the feature..
