Licensig file retrieved but windchill not working

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.2 and Datecode with CPS 11.2.1.2

Retrieved licensing file, but always menu obscured

    Hi @FC_9723361 

    You have to assignee the PTC License groups in the Participant administration to the users.

    Hi @FC_9723361 

    You have to remove the admin user from any group or profile. 

    Then you will see all the site options.

     

    Usually it is cased by old license groups that are not used anymore.
