Load CAD templates with preselected attribute values

When creating new CAD templates from the interface, you can define values for attributes, which will be preselected when creating new documents based on those templates. Is it possible to define those attribute values also in the XMLs used by LoadFromFile to load the CAD templates and if so, what is the syntax?
