We are using Windchill 10.1 and Arbortext Editor 6.0. A feature of Windchill is the mini thumbnail view which allows the user to view a thumbnail of an xml file when their mouse hovers over the icon. The mini thumbnails are displayed beside each document (xml) in the folders.
The problem we are having is that sometimes the thumbnail opens with an actual view of the source content of the xml file. Other times, the thumbnail view opens and the screen is blank. There doesn't seem to be a logic as to which xml file displays and which one does not.
See attached file. There are two xml documents. On the left the thumbnail opens with the source content, on the right there is no content.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
