Model is not able to retrieve from windchill

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.0 and Datecode with CPS M030

Opening the model in Creo using windchill error showing Documents in the list cannot be added to workspace as on-the-fly sharing is disallowed and they are not already shared.

Noticing other post. Is this with ProjectLink? I think you need to have all the items shared ahead of time.  Can you post screenshots or more details? Exact error messages. See post below for information:
