Multicad: Open CATIA in Creo. DTM's missing

Dear all,

- we are working  with Windchill 10.2 and Creo Parametric 4.0 M040.

- we have several CATIA and Creo files stored in Windchill.

- a DIP (Data Import Profile) is defined.

- the DIP points to 2 templates (PRT & ASM template)

Scenario 1:

open CATIA model in Creo: in the modeltree all defined DTM's (Axis, Coord System, Planes) are visible. Also the MATERIAL was used form the template. So I know that the model template was used. OK!!!

Scenario 2:

open another CATIA model in Creo: in the modeltree NO DTM's visible. No MATERIAL. NOK!!!

Had anybody here in Forum the same issue? And a resolution?
