Need to do undo checkout. Please note the person who has done checkout had left the organization.

You have two options

1. Contact Windchill administrator to do UndoCheckout (admin can do it)

2. Contact System Administrator who is responsible for the LDAP and reactivate that user with known password and log in under his name and undo check-out.
