New view Version of a part is not copying team template information

I created a part in design view, after setting it to released state I used new view version and the team template mentioned in the OIR is not copied.

I also did do BOM transformation in MAPSB even then team template is not copied.

Did anyone face similar Issue? If so, have you solved it and how?
