No Exceptions when Edit Affected Objects Table attributes are skipped

While filing the Intake form of Nonconformance and CAPA and adding the objects in Affected Objects Table,the users are able to Save/Finish the form even when the mandatory attrbutes on "Edit Affected Objects" page are skipped.
