Would you please help on my Korea customer’s new user can't checkout objects issue ?
Customer environment : 10.2M030CPS10 windows OS (dev server)
Issue : All new created user can’t check out WTDocument and WTParts with below error .
Checkout failed with below error
The cabinet could not be found. Container: "Site" Cabinet name: "xxxxx"
TS done :
1.Added full control permission but still failed check out
2.Follow the https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS19027
Run Winru -Fix CabinetBased Data Container Alignment and Windu -CabinetBasedDataContainerAlignment
But still can’t resolved the issue
In DB, found that all new created users’s classNameKeyContainerreference values is Wt.pdmlink.PDMLinkProduct IDA3CONTAINERREFERENCE 85020
Normal user’s classNameKeyContainerreference values is wt.inf.container.ExchangeContainer IDA3CONTAINERREFERENCE is 5.
So try replace new user’s classNameKeyContainerreference and IDA3CONTAINERREFERENCE
To wt.inf.container.ExchangeContainer and 5 then all new created users can able check out all objects.
Does anyone have similar experience or suggestion the issue ?
