PDF Representation error: Input document '88' is not a dita map. Failed to translate DITA map docume

We recently upgraded to Windchill 11.0. Since doing so we are unable to create pdf representations.

Has anyone else seen this error? How can I fix this error?

I am attaching the complete error log.

Note: trying to create a pdf on a regular DITA xml file, not a DITA map file.

Did you verify you have a worker for DITA xml files? Do you have a publishing rule for them?
