PLM Windchill is not opening in creo2.0

Dear all,

We purchased new PC (DELL) in that creo schematic is installed it is working properly but windchill is not working in croe browser.

But it is working in Internet explorer.Please help me to ressolve the issue.

That comes from the version of IE installed, who is not supported.

Hello, there is a PTC case "CS130478" giving details to resolve.

Reported to R&D as SPR 2182846 (PTC R&D working with Microsoft Support via REG:113073110629966)

Workarounds:
- For Wildfire 5.0, Creo Elements/Pro 5.0 and Creo Parametric clients, configure for a separate web browser process or Mozilla embedded browser via config windows_browser_type=ie_in_sep_process or mozilla_based_browser
- Downgrade to Internet Explorer 8
