PSI for Oracle configuration is hung

I am building a test system for Windchill 11.0.

Install Oracle 12c. Run the 11.0 PSI Setup to configure Oracle.

It has been running for almost 12 hours and is stuck at 21% complete.

No user problem,no permission problem, 

 

I try to kill the process and start over with a clean Oracle install and then rerun the PSI Setup.

But the completion rate is still only 21%.

Find the reason:

Operating system memory is 256G.

Reduce the memory to 64G. Installation succeeded.

I try to install windchill 12.0 in this environment.

Install Oracle 19c. Run the 12.0 PSI Setup to configure Oracle.

Installation succeeded, no problem.

What is your OS?

Which version of Oracle 12c, R1 or R2?

Which CPS of 11.0 are you installing?

I have had the OCU stall a few times. Kill it and start the PSI over.

OS: Windows Server 2016 Datacenter

Oracle Version: Oracle 12.1.0.2

Windchill Version: Windchill 11.0 M030 CPS11

 

I tried to install it several times,but have the same result.
