PTC Windchill 11.0 Service Pack - Invalid CD

I have downloaded the MED-60318-CD-110_M010.zip from the PTC Software Download site. However, when attempting to Copy to the staging folder, it says "Invalid CD selected. Please select another CD." I have been successful in copying all of the other Product Installers thus far, but this is the last one and I am not having any luck. Any ideas?

Maybe the download was corrupt.  Have you tried unzipping it yourself?  (Normally I unzip all of them manually and place them in the staging directory myself and THEN run the installer.)

I extracted the file myself and placed it in the staging folder as you said, restarted the installer, and it worked. Thanks for your help!
