PartsLink failing reload and update

I'm attempting to check-in a classification from Counterpart into PartsLink. It uploads to PDMLink/PartsLink just fine (I can see it in the Classification Administrator and the PSE) but it's the second part of the check-in, when it tries to Update the Classification, that it can't get past. If I let it go, the loading bar runs for 30 minutes then throws an error saying it can't connect to PartsLink. If I end it prematurely and attempt to reloadthe classificationfrom the Windcill Shell, PartsLink throws a "Replica 1 failed" error which implies that the tables are corrupted and need to be dropped then remade.

The file I'm attempting to check-in is simply the Demo class with most of the sub-classes deleted.

If I can't even check it in, I'm not sure where else to start.

Hello Joe

In your case, is the PartsLink service up and running...

please try the following

1) Shut down the PartsLink service

2) Shut down all Windchill servers, including BackgroundMethodServer

3) Log in to SQL plus

4) For Oracle, execute Windchill/partslink/db/sql/drop_schema_ora.sql,
followed by Windchill/partslink/db/sql/make_schema_ora.sql.This will remove
and recreate the PartsLink database objects.

5) Start the PartsLink service and Windchill

6) Check in your classification

7) Reload the classification and data using windchill
com.ptc.windchill.partslink.AdminApp -reload

Thank you and have a great time.

Best Regards
