Permissions for Data Monitor and Reports

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.1.1

I would like to set permissions to Data Monitor for a specific user. What permissions do I need so that this user can view reports and download data monitor executed reports. Please advise. Note I didn't find any details in KB.

you can enable logger wt.access.evaluation.report , try to run action in the logs you will what permission is required 

I would  expect types to grant permission should be Data Monitor and Report (Maybe report template) too

Hi @Darquise,

I hope the specific user in question is not an Administrator.

I cross-checked with PTC, and this functionality is currently not available.

Data Monitors created by an Administrator are not visible to other users.

Non-Site Administrators can only view Data Monitors that they have created or where they are listed as email recipients.

You can add the specific user to the email recipients of the Data Monitor.
