Pre-Upgrade WINDU task reports corrupt records. Can these records be deleted from database?

Dear all,

I was running pre-upgrade mandatory WINDU task where I got some potential problems out of which few were corrupt records error. For example

	Total records: 47
	Corrupted records: 2

Can I delete these corrupted records? Will there be any issue created if I delete a row from my LifecycleTemplate table? Any suggestions on how to get rid of this error?
