Problem viewing report management from windchill utilities

Hi,

  I'am trying to create new report using report template which is available in windchill utilities. When i click on it, i get an error message saying, "A plugin is needed to display this content". Can anyone suggest me which plugin is required and where i can download it. And also help me on how to use this plugin in windchill.

Note:

I tried the following to open report management.

Browse->Site Tab->utilities->report management.

Which version of Windchill are you using?

Since version 11.0 Report Manager no longer uses java applets.

I am using windchill 10.2

Recent versions of Java 7 and 8 JRE present multiple security warnings and may prevent applets from launching in Windchill

Did you verify Firefox is supported in 10.2?
