Problem with my Windchill GUI

Hi,

I'm using windchill 10.0 M030.Whenever I tried to revise my part or document the revise popup window appears but that window is keeps on loading.Also in my method server log I'm getting some error but I can't solve this problem.I tried cleaning the cache,cache of the browser and also tried different browsers.Also I have removed my windchill services also.

Hello,

we've got this kind of issue.

Try to set to "false" or "none" all the revise collector preferences.

And collect manually the reference document or dependencies ...

In our case, it was a reference document that the user have no read access rules ... It does not work if preferences are set to "all" , but work if collected manually ...

try the same action as "wcadmin" to know if it is an access rule issue ...

Can you please explain me in steps how to change the revise collector preferences.?I really don't have any Idea about how to set these preferences.Do I need to do something with preference management??

In the Tree, Revise / Collector section

Set all the preferences "Inlude xxxx" to None

I have changed all the things to None but still the problem persists and getting the same error.Thanks for help
