Another ProductView question....
I've had at least 3 users now encounter this error while making markups in ProductView (Lite, 9.1 M050): 'ProductView ™ - productview.exe has stopped working’ it gives them the option to check online for a solution or to close the program. Checking online comes up with nothing, and the PV screen locks/goes blank, so they end up closing and losing any unsaved work.
It happens while making markups, but we've not been able to link it to any specific action or series of picks so I can't recreate it. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it has happened it seems to be related to specific drawings.
Any ideas?
