In PDMLink a New Promotion Request was initiated from wtPart. With the collectors CAD-models were added and also drawings without noticing that the drawings are only in Project context. Still, they were added to the Promotion Request and state changed to Approved once the process went through.
Once the drawings were "Send to PDM" their state changed back to initial which is according to Windchill product spec.
But... it does not make sence how Promotion seemed to work, does it? We have a slightly modified workflow, but I would not expect there's something that affects this behaviour.
