Purge criteria date range issues

I am setting up a new set of purge criteria and noticed something strange on the date range ones (Created, Modified).  I chose the day of creation (same value filled in for start and finish), and then began adding more criteria... everytime I added a new criteria item, the date range for my Created item was reduced by a day.

 

It's easily fixed if I remember to look at the dates, but very weird.  Is this something that's been noticed before?

I was able to confirm this. I can see how this would be very annoying. Sounds like a bug. I would open a TS ticket and report it. Easy for them to verify. Does not seem like "working to specification". It seems that the page is refreshed on each new criteria but value is not held. I even tried specifying different dates and both reduced by 1 day.
