Referential integrity violations occurred for this operation Creo 4 Family Table

I get this message in event manager after trying to upload changes for an assembly in Windchill.  "Referential integrity violations occurred for this operation: Object "CAD Document Reference Link..."

This has happened after I had to delete multiple rows of instances off of a family table. I can still open and save the assemblies and instances in Creo, but when I try to upload the changes this happens.  How can I fix this error?

Tried looking at similar problems people have had in this community, but I have not had much success finding a solution.
