Remote installation of WMGR

Hi

We are having some difficulties installing the Workgroup Manager at a remote site (China)
The install icon never comes up and I expect it is due to limited bandwidth (2mbit MPLS) 

Does anyone know if it is possible to copy the installation files on the server to the
Remote server and then alter the installation script to use the local files??
