We are facing the issue that we have duplicate entries (with different internal names) for the EPMDefaultDocument Soft Type due to a internet domain change, which seem to be affecting CREO and causing disconnections and the misbehavior of the autonumbering when creating CAD using the New button in CREO.
This leads the system to think the softtype is not existing and gets to:

Is there any possibility to delete the entry which is not needed or what would be the fast and easy solution.
