Replication is setup and working I have created a cache vault on the replication

I do not see the option to set the cache to the replication server for my remote site. What do I have to turn on or set to let users select something other than the master server?

Each user has to define it into their preferences:

Home > Utilities > Preference Manager > Vaulting and Replication > Preferred File Server
