Saving a Solidworks model to WGM for Solidworks workspace.- get no permission to modify files.

I am setting up WGM for Solidworks and am getting the following message

 the resulting directory show a network icon for workspace.

Any ideas why I am getting a permission issue here, why it is a network location and how to resolv
