Search function is not on upper right on GUI

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.2 and Datecode with CPS 11.2.0.1

The search function and object filter function, which should appear in the upper right corner of the UI along with "Click Link," are not displayed. "Click Link," show only. Therefore, the search function cannot be used. What is the procedure to make them visible and usable?

    it is not a preference , it is more licensing issue to me  , can you share a screenshot of license groups assigned to user logged ?

    For example PTC EBOM License profile is not granted to view search
