The system cannot load any PLM page after login

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.0 and Datecode with CPS M030-CPS02

After entering the account password, the windchill system goes around and fails to load any PLM-related pages. After checking, the network access is normal, and the server connection is normal

Does it just show a blank page? Error?
