There is no existing definition for Change Notice Summary Report in the third party reporting system

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 10.2 and Datecode with CPS M030-CPS25

We are getting following error while creating report in Windchill ECN
There is no existing definition for Change Notice Summary Report in the third party reporting system

Here are the errors that I faced
