Tomcat log information exception

Windchill version:Windchill 8.0 M045

When deploy Info*Engine task interface program,the log of Tomcat is very strange.The log prints blob code and Windchill system becomes very slowly.User can't open Windchill page.

Maybe you can supply more information, for example the IE you deployed ,methodserver log, tomcat log .......
