Unable To Connect To Windchill 12.1 : Service Unavailable

Hi All,

Kindly help as its been 2-3 days I am not able to connect to Windchill. I am continuously getting the below error :-

Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

I have cleared browser cache multiple times. Also read method server logs and fixed the INDX filegroup space issue.

from where are you not able to connect , (Creo + standalone browser) on client remote machine , on the server it self ?

first thing is try to ping the server to exclude any network issue + check what logs say MS+ Apache access logs

Have you opened a call with PTC? This sounds like an urgent issue

Hi @Divyanshi

Without providing logs, we can't do anything to help

Hi @Divyanshi

First check if the Windchill services are running also Directory Server and database.

This should be first thing what your admin should check.

Hello DS_10805287,
You encountered unexpected behavior while using Windchill, thanks for reaching out, this is Charles from PTC Technical Support in Europe.
I will provide you assistance on this question.

Is it possible to share the corresponding MethodServer log?

Reproduce the use-case, then send me the Web Server / MethodServer / BGMS logs and pinpoint the timestamps (start/finish) and the login used.

KR,

Charles.
