I have created a soft type of WTPart called SCPart. I have successfully been able to create lots of SCParts in my test system. I now wanted to add an attribute called PART_NAME that points to a global enumeration. This enumeration contains many entries that I wanted to "bulk load". After talking with PTC TS I was advised to manually create the WTPart soft type (done), the soft attribute PART_NAME (done), and the enumeration with only a few values (done). Then export the SCPart soft type (using windchill wt.load.LoadFromFile with an XML export definition file). I then added all of the correct XML entries to the exported files to fully define the enumeration. When I loaded the files (in order...0, 1, 2) I am no longer able to create an SCPart. I receive the following error:
Non-modeled attribute WCTYPE|wt.part.WTPart|net.steelcase.na.SCPart~SCA|view.key must have a dedicated attribute handler written!
Any ideas?
