windchill version :windchill- 12.0.2.16

Could not connect to the server. Check that the server is running. Details: javax.naming.CommunicationException: simple bind failed: 0.0.0.0:4444 [Root exception is java.net.SSLHandshakeException: No appropriate protocol (protocol is disabled or cipher suites are inappropriate)]

Use the correct Java version, assuming WindchillDS 11.2.1.17, it should be Java 1.8.
