Unable to find Staging server connection string in wbm.properties file

Version: Windchill 11.0
Use Case: I am trying to find the staging server database details from wbm.properties but the values for the entries in the file are empty. where else can i find the details about staging server and username/password details for the wbm set-up?. Below are the entries i did check, com.ptc.windchill.migration.wbm.registryHost= com.ptc.windchill.migration.wbm.registryPort=5002 com.ptc.windchill.migration.wbm.stagingdb.datastore=Oracle also, for staging db credentials, this are my entries, com.ptc.windchill.migration.wbm.load.Staging_DB_PW=encrypted.com.ptc.windchill.migration.wbm.load.Staging_DB_PW com.ptc.windchill.migration.wbm.load.Staging_DB_User=
