Unable to get correct revision number when updating CAD documents in Intralink

I am using PTC Pro/Intralink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020-CPS13

Unable to get correct revision number when updating CAD documents in Intralink

Here are the errors that I faced
Either new revision value "4.1" is not valid, or it is not greater than the existing revision value "2.01". Specify an appropriate value for the new revision.

  • How are you attempting to update the CAD document—manually, through a script, or via a specific tool or interface?
  • What is the full revision history of the document? Have there been any custom revisions or skipped sequences?
