Hi Catalina,
Windchill server URL is accessible via browser from the same machine where WGM is installed. And also, I am using the right credentials of the user. Yes windchill certificate is accessible on client's machine.
Please provide some screen shots and indicate which CAD system and version you are using. Sounds like an authentication issue but lets eliminate if you have a version incompatibility. What authentication method are you using?
Hi, can you reference the PTC Support Articles you used unsuccessfully? We need more information about the application you are attempting to connect with WGM and what authentication method you have configured.
Assuming you do not have unsaved or items that have not been uploaded or checked into Windchill Commonspace, you can rename the top level cache folder on the local computer which will require you to register the server again. Renaming the folder will preserve what you have and cause the system to create a new folder with your new settings.
Can you clarify if is was working and now suddenly stopped working? Sometimes there can be a typo or extra characters at the end of the server URL that will cause this.
