Upgrade Manager Fails

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020-CPS23

when we are executing the Upgrade Manager it is failing at verifying Upgrade path.


Here are the errors that I faced

Hello,

Can you start Windchill DS and try again ? It is possible that your Windchill DS was not up.

Completely exit Upgrade Manager and restart testing. If the same error persists, please provide the dbhistory.xml file
